How can I Request a Reprint OR Refund?
ZoomTiles believes in customer satisfaction. ZoomTiles prints tiles based on the customer's designs. Some degree of deviance may occur during production. However, in case of reprint request, please contact us on hello@zoomtiles.com and we will be happy to assist you. Kindly note that the reprint will be treated as a new order, and will not be a replacement for any previous orders
Returns Procedure: Since ZoomTiles is a personalized product, once purchased the product cannot be returned.
Refund Method: Since ZoomTiles are personalized products, items once purchased cannot be refunded.
Cancellation:
Once purchased, the order cannot be cancelled by the user. However, ZoomTiles reserves the right to cancel any order that might contain unsuitable images, including but not limited to graphic content, foul language, racially discriminatory themes, adult themes etc.
Miscellaneous:
These TOS will be binding upon each party here to and its successors and permitted assigns, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of law principles. These TOS will not be assignable transferable by user without the prior written consent of ZoomTiles. These TOS contains the entire understanding of the parties regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter. User and ZoomTiles are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these TOS.
Notice:
All notices required or permitted to be given under these TOS will be in writing and delivered to the other party by any of the following methods: (a) India mail or Courier (b) electronic mail. All the notices to ZoomTiles should be sent to hello@zoomtiles.com and also hard copy with signature and contact information should be sent to company address.
Dispute Resolution:
In the rare event of dispute, all disputes arising out of, relating to or connected with these TOS or your use of any part of the ZoomTiles.com service will be exclusively resolved under confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of Indian Judicial System. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Judgment on arbitration award may be entered in to any court having jurisdiction thereof. ZoomTiles may seek equitable relief, including, without limitation, injunctive relief and specific performance without the requirement of posting a bond or other security or proving damages are insufficient, from a court of competent jurisdiction.
